With operations in Barbados and Trinidad, and expansion underway into the region, we are building a regional retail brand known for premium style, exceptional service, and operational excellence.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Country Manager for Trinidad to lead our business into its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will have full accountability for commercial performance, operations, and brand experience in Trinidad, while collaborating closely with the Group leadership team in Barbados.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a dynamic retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and aspires to grow into a broader regional leadership position within the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Trinidad business across retail, warehouse, logistics, and design operations.
• Deliver sales and profitability targets, manage P&L, and drive operational excellence.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, ensuring strong accountability and customer focus.
• Partner with Group heads in Buying, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to align strategy and execution.
• Ensure brand and service standards are consistently upheld across all stores.
• Drive new business development opportunities in the trade and design channels.

Profile

• 10+ years’ experience in retail or consumer goods management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and deliver results.
• Exposure to home furnishings, lifestyle, or department store retail preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Energetic, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing, professional business environment.
