STAGING & STYLING ADD-ON PACKAGE
Have you purchased items in-store and would like to come home to a whole new space? Add our staging service to your delivery. We will help create a designer approved space and manage the installation and delivery of your pieces.
Schedule a VIP Design Consultation via the phone or visit us in-store to discuss your project in detail. This is perfect for large products with a longer lead time which require specific special order items. This service includes a package with a visual mood board and itemized pricing proposal to help visualize the design.
The Premium Design Service helps clients to pull together furnishings and decor to create their desired space within their goal budget. While we can assist for a quick turnaround using items available in stock, we are not limited to this. Through the Design Studio we have access to thousands of items from hundreds of suppliers - therefore we can source any item to suit a specific style or budget.
Generally, we will have an initial meeting to review the space and discuss the scope of the project such as style, timeline and budget as well as whether it is for personal use or an investment property.
From there we will put together a visual mood board showing furnishings and accessories with layout to scale along with an itemized pricing proposal for your review. After such there may be a few alterations but once everything is confirmed, we can handle the ordering, shipping, delivery and installation for a full turnkey solution.

Are you already working with a designer? We can work alongside your designer to assist in sourcing the items specified for the absolute best price for your project. We can also manage the shipping, handling and delivery of your items for a smooth, hassle free experience.

MEET THE DESIGNER
Janine Hinkson-Seale
"My tip for any project is to start with inspiration - whether it be an image of a beautiful space, a piece of artwork or simply a color or feeling. Creating a space from something that you love, will ensure you love your space."
Janine was one of the first to join the Dwellings team in 2006. She first started as a part-time sales associate while completing her Bsc in Psychology, and then worked her way up through Visual Merchandising, Buying and Marketing acquiring a profound knowledge of the home furnishings category and the market.
Her keen eye for design and natural talent for connecting with customers, led her to take over the management the Design Studio in 2010. Since then, she has worked on a multitude of projects both residential and commercial, varying from budget-friendly to some of the most luxurious properties in Barbados.
Janine's easy-going nature and personal style match the elegant yet approachable spaces she creates. While her passion is creating designs from scratch, she also enjoys recreating "looks for less" and working alongside other designers to help them source items from around the globe to exceed client expectations.
